Cosgrave posted on his X account, formerly known as Twitter, on Oct. 13 that he was “shocked at the rhetoric and actions of so many Western leaders & governments, with the exception in particular of Ireland’s government, who for once are doing the right thing. ”“War crimes are war crimes even when committed by allies, and should be called out for what they are,” he added.Two days later, he updated his tweet calling “what Hamas did is outrageous and disgusting” but adding, "Israel has a right to defend itself, but it does not, as I have already stated, have a right to break international law." In a later apology that was posted Oct. 17 on the Web Summit blog and shared on his X account, he said, “What is needed at this time is compassion, and I did not convey that,” he said. “My aim is and always has been to strive for peace.”He went on to say that “I also believe that, in defending itself, Israel should adhere to international law and the Geneva Conventions – i.e. not commit war crimes. B | 　　“这些鸡金贵着呢，全程林下放养，品质看得见。”大堡镇绿兴源养殖农民专业合作社负责人朱宣一边投喂，一边介绍说。去年，该社出栏成品鸡单只售价超百元，市场供不应求。目前，太平鸡成品鸡市场价稳定在每只100元至130元，远高于普通鸡种，本土品牌“梅园太平鸡”更是走出大山，远销省内外。全县太平鸡存栏量已达42万只，培育专业合作社8家，累计带动720户民众参与养殖。　　产业壮大的背后，离不开龙头主体的示范引领。康县因地制宜，推行“小群体、大规模”发展思路，重点培育优质养殖合作社，通过标杆基地辐射带动散户，将零散养殖纳入集群化轨道。阳坝镇梅园山鸡养殖专业合作社与大堡镇绿兴源养殖农民专业合作社，成为全县太平鸡产业的两大支柱。　　阳坝镇梅园山鸡养殖专业合作社深耕阳坝山林资源，专注保种与扩繁，于2025年取得《种畜禽生产经营许可证》，扛起太平鸡种质保护重任。“我们坚持原生态放养，就是要把老祖宗留下的好品种守住。

C | ”该社负责人徐巍芹说，今年计划孵化鸡苗10万羽，发放给周边农户，手把手传授养殖经验，带动更多民众稳定增收。

E | 为破解这一难题，康县畜牧兽医站主动靠前服务，把专业技术送到养殖场、送到农户家。　　“我们组建了技术服务小队，常态化下乡走访，指导养殖户做好种鸡提纯、饲料配比、场地消杀和病害防治，定期开展培训，就是为了帮大家提高技术、降低风险、增加收益。”站长冯小鹏说。与此同时，技术人员常年开展太平鸡种质资源提纯复壮，重点帮扶两家合作社完善良种繁育体系，有效防止品种退化。　　如今，越来越多的养殖户尝到了科学喂养的甜头。“以前养鸡全凭老经验，鸡苗成活率低，碰上病害就束手无策。现在技术员经常上门，什么时候防疫，怎么喂养，讲得明明白白，收入也稳了。”当地养殖户敬必文感慨道。
